Shipping and Returns
Our stamps are made of deeply etched rubber and are available as unmounted only. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
To order, simply select the stamps that you would like to order and put them in your shopping cart. 'Check out' is via PayPal and you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from my store. Please be assured that PayPal works hard to keep your details safe and secure. All Ontario residents will be charged 13% HST. Orders for in stock items will be processed in 2-3 business days.
Canadian customers who would prefer to pay by certified cheque or money order, please email me your order.
Shipping
Shipping is via Canada Post and depending on the weight of your package, it will be sent either letter mail or parcel. If you would like to pay extra for insurance and a tracking number for your order, please email us before placing your order for a quote. We are not responsible for any lost packages sent through regular mail.Canadian Orders

Duties and Taxes
Deliveries to countries other than Canada may be subject to duties and taxes by the customs department of your country. Consult your local post office or import/export department for more information. Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges/taxes you may incur when your package reaches your country.
Return Policy
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please contact me by email at kraftinkimmiestamps@gmail.com before returning an item.
